The first think you should focus on is your diet, log everything you eat, as far as exercise, I might suggest either walking or low impact workouts, my dad just lost 54 lbs doing just water aerobics and diet, so you can do it, but first, workon your diet.
If you want to add me as a friend, I can try to help with support

I agree the water aerobics (especially in a warm water pool) would be a really good exercise for your situation.
    RE: Diet tips:
    - lots of water (flushes toxins from body, which reduces swelling).
    - Fruits and Veggies and Whole Grains.
    - low-fat and fat free items (dairy, salad dressings)
    - limit sodium (replace cola/sodas with water-and-a-touch-of-lemon juice; and limit deli foods)
    - eat the healthy fats (olive oil and other clear liquid oils), limiting saturated fats to about 10% or less of your diet.
    - But, do not totally deprive yourself of favorite foods.
--- you can take a tiny portion of highly-caloric foods (just figure out the calories and count them)
    - Remember, we all slip. The trick is to get back into your eating plan and try to figure out ways to mess up less.
--- drink water first, when you think you are craving something. Try to keep very tempting foods out of the house. Exercise or meditate for a few minutes and see if the 'overeat' feeling goes away.
You will figure out what works best for you. We are each unique. Best of success! :drinker: (water)
