I feel as though I have hit many milestones on this plant based nutrition and fitness journey. I have more energy, and zero chemicals 75% of the time. I was focused on losing weight and toning my legs. Although that's done, fitness is a work in progress. My self challenge for the next 4 weeks is to tone my (and every mom's) problem area: the belly/sides. So here goes my fellow FPFs! Wish me luck! #Lean #Transformation #LifeStyleChange

I don't drink coffee, but I think those are in tea as well... Thank goodness water is safe!

OP, how are you working on your belly? My belly is definitely a problem :frowning:

Can you list just one thing you have eaten or drank that contains zero chemicals?
