Baked Avocado and Egg

425 preheat oven Bake 15-18 minutes
Cut Avocado in have remove seed plus 2 tablespoons of Avocado. Crack a medium egg and separate the yolk and white of the egg. Put the yolk in each half of the Avacodo and if needed to fill add white if the egg to fill. I baked mine for 18 minutes, I like my eggs done.. Yum!
