Spicy food

I'm a man who loves hot food, my dearly beloved is not quite so taken with the capsaicin.
I love a chilli sauce made with Bhut Jolokia and Infiniti chillies (called Infiniti Chilli Sauce from Fire Foods), which measures almost 1,400,000 on the Scoville scale.
What kind of spice do you like?

I can't say that I'm into ultra-spicy, but I do like a little heat. Give me a healthy helping of Sriracha sauce any day.
My mother quite the opposite. She thinks Ortega mild taco sauce is spicy.0 -
I love spicy food, but as of lately I have been trying to eat spicy with flavor, so straight capsaicin doesn't do it for me all the time (though it does when I wanna test my manliness). I personally love all of the Blair's Hot Sauces because of the heat and one of my favorite tastey hot sauces has to be the Heartbreaking Dawn 1492 Trinidad Scorpion Hot Sauce - it has a lot of undertones of fruit and berries but has a nice kick that you can literally add to anything. I think I finished the bottle in less than a week.
I wanna find some really good trinidad or ghost pepper hot sauce that has the hell of a kick, but that has great taste too. I may do a recipe one day for a paleo friendly ghost pepper infused sriracha sauce.0 -

I'm Indian so spicy food is in my blood, but I don't like so much that it masks the flavor of the food. I used crushed cayenne or dried ones in most recipes, or sprinkle crushed red pepper on things I eat, I like Sriracha and chili garlic sauce more for their flavor, they don't really add heat.0

I love spicy foods! My favorite recently has been a habanero sauce made by a local burrito place. NOM tastic. I'm also big into curries. Sriracha is my savior. Once I was hiking through an inactive volcano with a friend and all we had was refried beans, a packet of ramen and some sriracha. It was the best meal I ever tasted.

Definitely will try out the infinity....i love trying out new stuff! Actually it is funny i stumbled upon this thread....i made some 5 alarm paleo chili tonight and topped it with patti labelle's super woman hot sauce I picked up on a trip to Amish country last fall. They used Aged Habanero as the pepper and its got some really decent heat.

I love spicy food but can't handle it as well as I once could. My favorite Thai restaurant measures spice on a scale of 1-5 and I order my food at a solid 3 if I don't mind my nose a bit runny and a 2 if I'm feeling a little less adventurous lol0

Konricos Creole Seasoning, I can't have popcorn without it!0

I went into a thai place by me and I had drunken noodles or something with tom yum soup. I told them extra spicy, they proceeded to say it was already spicy and asked how spicy I wanted it. I then continued and said I want it as spicy as one of the guys in the back would want it if they wanted it hot.
I was sweating and tearing, but it was the best damn thai food I've ever had lol0 -

Try out Slap Yo Mama seasoning or Duck Dynasty Phil's Hot Seasoning.....both a definite addition to popcorn with a little chipotle or jalapeno infused EVOO0
