Hey everyone...I initially lost 35 pounds over the course of 9-10 months 5 years ago. Went from size 12/14 to 6/8. I felt really good. I kept that weight off for most of the past 4 years. It just started creeping up in the last year. Clothes getting tight. Weighed myself...I've gained 10 pounds! I cannot allow myself to go there...so got back into major tracking mode this past week. After being so careful, eating well...same stuff that has worked so well in the past (1230 calories)...I actually GAINED a pound! WTH! HELP! I'm vegetarian, 57, lightly active (preschool teacher...that is my exercise)

Are you using a food scale to weigh any food that isn't a liquid? You'd be surprised how much of a difference that makes.0
