    I'm aiming for 40% carb, 30% protein and 30% fat. My average last week is shown below. As you can see I've changed the goals since then.

    High protein, high fiber, lowish carb, lowish fat. This is mainly the result of caloric engineering than I want to go low fat or low carb. I really don't care about that, tbh.
