What exercises should I be doing for strength training? I'm currently walking 2 miles a day and also a 60 minute aerobic video (most days I manage to get them both in but sometimes it's only 1 or the other) I'm worried about muscle loss. I'm currently losing 2lbs a week... down to 226 from 250. So, what are you all doing for strength training?

First and most importantly, congrats on your weight loss!
If you have a gym membership, you could go into your gym and see if the training staff does any sort of orientation or free consultation (most YMCAs do this).
If you do not have a gym membership you might want to look into some body-weight based training.
As far as resources, you could check out any of the following:
You Are Your Own Gym (bodyweight program)
New Rules of Lifting for Women
Strong Curves
The Lean Muscle Diet
These are just various books that might be of use to you.
As far as program structure, you should generally find something that allows you to train your entire body (not just certain muscles) and something that gets progressively more challenging over weeks.2
