Green Juices/Smoothies?

Hey everyone! A couple days ago I went to the mall and tried a "Green smoothie" from a popular smoothie place. Tasted amazing and I've been tempted to make it since! From the description it had Kale, Spinach and Pineapple. I'm not sure what else they may have added (sweetener?) but I tried to make the same one at home but although it was good, it wasn't as tangy. I'm not sure what I may have been missing but since I'm here, I thought I would ask if you guys have any recipes either similar to this one or one that you really like because I'd love to experiment some more! I attempted to try juicing but I didn't like that only about 10% of the veggies I put into the juicer were thrown back out. Anyway if anyone has some recipes that they like or would suggest, I'd love to hear them!

Maybe more pineapple and less kale or spinach. Ginger and lemon would help too: (Kale, spinach, green apples, pineapple, lemon, ginger)

    5 frozen strawberries
    1/4 frozen banana
1/4 cup frozen pineapple, blackberries, cantelope or any other fruit you decide on.
    1 cup spinach
1/4 cup canned sliced beets (no salt added)
1/2 cup whole milk plain or vanilla yoghurt
    Water

This is my favorite way to make smoothies. The only time i swwitch it up is the 1/4 cup frozen any fruit it depends on what fruit i have or is on sale. I drink this every morning and sometimes i add my vega protein + greens protein powder its a vegan powder that has 2 servings of greens in it.

I think this tastes like an actual chocolate shake:
In a blender put a handful of ice, a handful of spinach, two tsp of cookies and cream protein powder, two tsp of mocha cappucino mix, blend, enjoy. YUM!

    Smoothie king?
Careful, they are loaded with sugar.
Any small smoothie can set you back 500 calories.
Yet another fast food pusher that does not care about our health.

For the calories, I would rather have a Chick FilA lemonade - large !
And just stuff some spinach in my mouth.

    In a juicer add:
    2 small apples
    Whole thumb-sized fresh ginger
    About 6 large spinach/kale leaves
    1/3 of a large cucumber
Add water or ice if needed
*add celery if you don't mind the taste

This is my favorite! From Vitamix recipe book:

    •1/2 cup (120 ml) water
    •1 cup (160 g) green grapes (I reduce this to ~3/4 cup)
    •1/2 cup (80 g) pineapple chunks
    •1/2 ripe banana peeled
    •2 cups (60 g) fresh spinach packed
•1/2 cup (120 ml) ice cubes

For a thicker smoothie, I freeze the grapes and pineapple chunks and reduce or eliminate the ice cubes.
