Eating a balanced diet several small meals a day to loose 100+ pounds and looking for friends

Hey everyone! I am currently eating six small balanced meals a day and logging all of my food with the goal of loosing 100+ pounds. I walk, ride bikes, and go hiking as exercise and to get into better shape. I am looking for supportive friends who are on this journey to get healthy or stay healthy.
