I have been wanting to try this diet but need some help. Does anyone have some examples of what they ate specifically? I know the concept of the shakes and frozen meals but what did you eat with the frozen meals and what did you maybe blend with the shakes? Kinda of like a sample daily menu. Thank you!

    They don't give you the exact contents of the shakes and foods you eat on their program because, well, they're selling a book.

    Man, I'm in the wrong business. :p

    Counting calories works !!!
    Just give it time.
    Spend the money on a food scale from walmart or target instead of shakes.
    I focus on healthy.
    Lots of beans, lean meats, lentils, quinoa, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, broccoli, etc.
    Real foods.
    Not a bunch of frozen meals or replacement shakes.
    - Bread is something I'm trying to cut back on. Not easy.
