Experienced friends, please help me

hi there . i need somw help. i've lost 20+ kgs . now i want to tone my body. what is the best exercise? in cardio and strength. im still not confident enough to lift weight. so probably something that will use dumbells will be okay. i want to focus in triceps, lower abs, and inner thigh.

    There is no best exercise. The best is the one you like, feel comfortable doing and will keep doing.

    You really need to lift some kind of weights to tone, I would try some 15 pound kettle weights to start.

    "Toning" just just a lower bodyfat percentage, combined with muscle building. You also can't spot "tone." Ideally, you'd want to squat, deadlift, and press, but if you're a member of a gym you can start out doing the machine circuit that every gym seems to have.
