Trying to really get my health on track. I've made small weak attempts in the past to get in shape but this time I'm really putting in the effort. At 315 lbs. I joined a gym in February and have gone 3 to 4 times a week and lost only 11 lbs. but lost 2 inches on my waist and gained 2 inches on my biceps according to the trainer. Now I'm trying to get in the habit of tracking my eating. I've been a little on and off here at MFP but maybe if I get some friends here it will help me stay on track. Here goes and good luck to the rest of you in meeting your fitness goals.
