Cut out all foods that turn into sugar. Basically a diet of non root veggies and protein. Detox the sugar out, you possibly may have yeast in your gut (which feeds on sugar) and most people have it. Once your done detoxing eat only whole grains, no fake white bread, fruits, and low glucose root veggies (carrots, sweet potatoes) in addition to protein and veggies.1

Not any of these.
I'm going to assume that by "sugar belly" you mean fat around the waist.
There is no fast solution.
Track your calories, eat at a deficit.

Nope
All incorrect2 -
Sugar doesn't have any magical weight gain properties over any other type of food. To lose weight, you need to create an overall calorie deficit. Plug your numbers into MFP and eat the amount of calories it tells you, consuming literally any food you enjoy within that amount.2

100% of everything you said here is completely fictional.
You can't detox from sugar. It's impossible. The only way to get sugar out of your system is to die. If you don't eat enough of it, your liver will begin producing it to keep you alive.
Again, a sugar free body is a dead body.
OP, to lose your gut (which is fat, not sugar) you need to eat fewer calories than you burn. Cutting sugary drinks as you have already may help accomplish this.
The most effective way to ensure that you're burning more than your eating is to enter all your info (height, weight, activity level...) into a calculator like the one here, on IIFYM.com or elsewhere online and then start weighing and logging all your food.2 -
Came in to find out what a 'sugar belly' is. Was not disappointed.3
