HELP

I need some advice on how to lose a gut fast any tips,and,workout plan is welcome also need some guy friends to compare losses for motivation

    You lose weight by eating fewer calories than you burn. You lose predominatly fat by sustaining an appropriate deficit - not exceeding the amount of calories your fat cells can metabolize per day (equals to a weekly weight loss of around 1% of your body weight). You can't spot reduce; weight comes off as it will - but you can strengthen your abdominal muscles. Initially, any exercise that challenges those muscles will do. As you get fitter, you'll probably need more specialized advice than I can give you.

    I swim and that is great exercise. The different strokes definitely use different muscle groups. It's great because your muscles are supported. For arms and "love handles", doing pull-ups from the diving mounts at the end of the pool lanes is good. Overall I just like the warm feeling I get from swimming. It's like if you have snow skied all day, and your body is spent!
