I weigh 15 stone 9lb and I enjoy running however I have been told it's bad for the knees at my weight would I lose just as,much on a bike and save my knees or????

    Cycling doesn't usually burn as many calories per minute, but you can compensate by cycling longer or more frequently. Or by eating fewer calories. :wink:

    If you decide to run, get good shoes at a runner's store, and follow a program like C25K. :+1:

    Do what you love but also listen to your body. Nothing wrong with doing either one or including both exercises.
