I've recently found out I haven't been eating enough, so I've set my calories to gain weight as I want to get serious with weights and gain curves and muscle tone around my body especially bum and legs. I train my glues/legs 3 times a week and do cardio twice and the rest is upper body, am I doing everything right? Thank you

Bulking won't get your toned. In fact, you will be gaining muscle and fat. You cut after a bulk to eliminate the fat gains. Follow a structured program. I would suggest StrongCurves based on your gains. Put protein at .8-1g per lb of lean body mass (about .6-.8g per lb of weight), fat can range .35-.6g and the rest carbs. I will note, carbs are very beneficial during a bulk.
