How long have you been lifting:

What's your 1 RM PR for the following (all or whichever ones you do)?

Back Squat:
Front Squat:
Overhead Squat:
Deadlift:
Clean:
Snatch:
Push Press:
Jerk:


For me :smile:

Age: 26
Gender: Female
Lifting for 6.5 months. Most of these will increase significantly once I get the maneuver down pat like my snatch, clean, and split jerk.
Back Squat: 195#
Front Squat: 125#
Overhead Squat: 75#
Deadlift: Never attempted a 1rm but I've done up to 155#
Clean: 135#
Snatch: 75#
Push Press: Not really sure when I stop push press and start jerk but I think it's around 90#
Jerk: Again never attempted a 1rm but I've done up to 140#
