There is no track - if you stop thinkng about tracks, there's no track to get off and then on, it's just life. Stop looking for motivation, when you're signed up you're already motivated. Just decide to eat a little better and move a little more, and do it. You don't have to be perfect, nobody is perfect. Losing weight is all about maths and not about hope. That's a good thing in my opinion.4

I woke up with the same mindset of "getting on track". And it seems so daunting to go back to restricted eating and boring exercise. Kommo you make a great point. It doesn't have to be this endless and boring track. I will keep that with me today ☺️1
