I worked hard to burn off an extra 500 calories yesterday so I could eat a choc pie pc...569 calories....! But after all the cooking and such didn't eat it till today which I know I won't burn the extra 500 should I leave it on yesterday's or delete and add on todays???

You're fine being 500ish calories under yesterday and 500ish calories over today. It will all balance out.0

Eat it today. You can leave it on yesterday, or have a deficit yesterday and overage today. Your body doesn't care how you log it.0
