    When do you usually eat your "lunch"? And do you eat when you get home? I'm trying to change things up with my diet and wondering what works for other people.

    I have pretzles on. My brake n then in the am I'll have a 80 cal Greek yogurt b4 I sleep n if I'm really hungry I'll have a bananna to its the snacking that kills me
