I am in the same predicament. I have lost 100lbs several times (weight watchers, on my own) but then slowly gain it back. A month ago I was the heaviest I have ever been. I took on a new job where I walk alot and have dropped 15lbs since then. Got this garmin tracker at the same time and it has been fun plus helpful. Just started today using the food log.2

Hi I am in the boat right there with you.
I am new to using this site and would love to have accountability partners.
I have the Garmin Viviosmart HR and it syncs with this site so that is what brought me here.
Please feel free to add me. I look forward to chatting with you soon.4 -
Same here. I am the heaviest I've ever been, so I decided it was time for a change. I'd love to make some friends on here to swap encouragement. You guys feel free to add me.1

I have 100+ to go as well - need to lose half my body weight. It's so crazy to think that in the end, I'll weight as much as I lost! I would love to be friends with others who are in the 100+ boat, especially those, like me, who have done it before and understand the guilt associated with the re-gain.0

I too have 100+ lbs to loose. I have tried for years to loose and I drop a few dress sizes and then life kicks in and I get lazy! I'd love to have some friends on here to keep me accountable! I need it! Feel free to add me.1

Its nice to know that I am not alone in my journey to lose 100 lbs. I was at my heaviest weight last December and decided that now was going to be the time that I didn't quit until I was 100lbs lighter and healthier. So since December I have lost 60 lbs. I attribute a lot of it to MYFITNESSPAL. Being accountable for what I put in my mouth has been the biggest blessing and kept me on the straight and narrow. I would love your help and to be able to help you on this journey!
Rule #1- IT really does come down to calories in VS calories out!
Rule #2- Log everything you eat!
Rule #3- ignore the negative thoughts in your head. You will be your worst enemy!5 -
Anyone is welcome to add me. Always welcome new friends.1

I'm in the same boat, would love to have more friends and support. Anyone can add me if they like!1

Feel free to add me, I just came back to MVP yesterday. I have gained and lost more weight over the years than I can count. I am now 47 years old and 2016 has been a mental and physical journey for me. I am now coming from a more positive place than I've ever been and I think that's the key. I've lost 31 pounds and have 66 more to go, but I look at it in 5 pound goals. I'd love to chat with new friends and hear what works for them and share what helps me.1

Sounds like you've got your mind made up! Good luck on your new journey!0

Hi I'm 49yrs and I originally lost 105lbs kept it off 2 years then new job stress and my mother dying got me depressed and back to binge eating gained 60lbs back. Feeling positive now and I'm hoping to be back to goal in October. Please feel free to friend me, remember it has to be a lifestyle change, not a diet!1
