See this is my problem today is a workout day and I am so sleepy from my 12 hour shift. Now my Fitbit said I burned 3,350 in calories and walked 8.55 miles. Just at work. And I stayed within my Marcos. But I still feel the need to workout. What to do?

You don't HAVE TO. It's okay if you do and it's okay if you don't. Working that long is a workout. If you want to still go, you could have a "easy" day just like 30 minutes, to get a workout in. If your dead tired, just go tomorrow. Switch today and tomorrow as workout days.1

I just want to make sure I stay on top of it. And I work 3 days back to back of 12 hour shifts. I just want to keep losing.0

enough rest and not exhausting your body also helps you lose weight, and it's good for your heart, too.2

If want to work out go straight ahead. As long as your healthy and have the energy for it then I don't see why it would hurt.0
