Add whey protein to your green smoothie
Taste like liquid gold3 -
Keeping 1 cup of greens is a good start if you're not in to the 'green taste'. I usually stick to spinach or kale. Let us know how it goes!!!0

A banana is key. Also, I like either cinnamon, cocoa powder, or both.
For protein use soy or cow milk or chia seeds.2 -
I can't remember the site this recipe came from, but it's pretty good...can be a lil thick, so you may want to play with the milk to fit your taste.
1 c almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein shake
1 c spinach
1 c pineapple chunks
1 c banana
1/2 avocado (optional)
1 tbsp chia seeds
3 or 4 ice cubes

Apple, avocado, spinach, soy milk, vanilla, honey. Varying amounts depending on calorie goals. Usually I use half avocado and half a small apple. About 15 grams of honey and about 30-50 grams of spinach. I also use only about 100 grams soy milk and the rest water.
It's delicious and refreshing but it's something I consider more of a treat as it's high in calories considering it's not filling at all
For a tasty and higher calorie bonus, add almond butter.1 -

Thank you so much
Are avocadoes good in smoothies? I find they taste bland when used on their own
