ok so I'm 15st and need to do something about it I'm 40 years old mum of three
I started running/walking this year and am doing my first half marathon next month I am 8weels recovering from a badly sprained ankle and have just restarted my training it won't be fast or pretty but I will finish .....eventually lol
I have done this before but not really stuck to it now I need to stop eating rubbish and get fit
