10 Days Ago I Started A Spirit Mind Body Cleanse

I've given myself 5 years to reach my health goals which is establishing healthy habits, attitude, mindset and routines that can last a life time. I started at the heaviest weight I have ever been. 302 pounds in the first 10 Days I've lost 22 pounds while doing a 40 Day Spirit Mind and Body Cleanse. The focus is realigning my Holistic self with God, Myself, Nature and Others. Its been great thus far and there are a few people doing it together with me at different intensity levels. I also feel amazing! Increased energy levels, I got over a cold that was hanging on, mental clarity, my overall mood is better and my relationship with God is elevating. I like that this time I'm not just focusing on the physical, but the emotional and spiritual root causes to why I've been so unhealthy. #SpiritMindBodyCleanse

Would you please elaborate on the routine that you are following0

Kinda vague...
Details on how you're accomplishing this?0 -
I would also like more details, especially how the dietary fits in.
From what I read, it sounds to me like you are being more mindful about everything, including reducing your calorie deficit, which leads to weight loss. Personal enlightenment is a great tool to help us stay conscious and on track with how much we are eating.1 -

Oh yeah.....that's a great point!0 -
I did something similar the other night. I caught a brief, violent stomach bug and lost 4 lbs overnight. I had plenty of time on the toilet to think, and a couple times I was begging God for mercy so I think I too was on the Spirit, Mind, Body Cleanse.
Like most cleanses, the results were temporary and I'm back on track and have regained the water weight lost (thankfully, that's unhealthy!)
In all seriousness OP, I commend you for wanting to get healthy and do so in a way that works for your mind, body and spirit. Having a support network is also important. Please make sure that whatever you are doing is healthy and provides you adequate nutrition to sustain all three of those important functions. That weight loss seems pretty quick and is not likely sustainable, no matter what methods you are utilizing. Eating at a calorie deficit and connecting with your friends will still help you achieve many of those things you described even when the "cleanse" is over.7 -

Which god are you improving your relationship with? If it's mine, then I approve. Otherwise...1
