Calendar work outs

I thought I'd give one of these calendar work outs a try, where they give you 30 days of exercises and rest days for particular things.
Can't decide between a bum, muffin top or stomach one though.

Has anyone ever tried one? Did you get to the end? Did it do what it promised?

Does anyone have any recommendations?
