Reward system

Hey everyone! Does anyone use a reward system to help them with weight loss?

I know improved health and fitness is its own reward, but it's hard to stay motivated sometimes. What do you guys do for rewards.
For eating healthy the whole week
For working out 5 times a week
For losing weight
For gaining muscle

My rewards seem a bit excessive, but nothing else really gets me motivated. Haha
My rewards would be
- kayak - going to the gym. Eating healthy. No cheat meals or bad snack food. Losing 5 pounds. (Or more) in 3 weeks
- Fitbit.
- Fishing kit for my bow
- A bike
- A weekend of camping/ hiking/ fishing
- Fishing gear

I feel like my rewards are too big. But they all involve activity and promote a healthier lifestyle.
Does anyone have ideas? What do you do for rewards? What's your method? :)

    As long as you are not killing your budget with your rewards, then there's no such thing as excessive!!!

    Kayak? Nah... You get a new bass boat for sticking to your workouts

    Fishing gear sure we have to outfit the new boat

    A bike? Sure maybe we should gat a Harley, we can get matching mountain bikes if you want..

    Weekend trip? Why don't we just buy a cabin in the mountains or on a lake?
