Hey i'm krystal, im 24 and on a mission to loose my post pregnancy weight. I have a huge snacking problem and was wondering if anyone here has any good, healthy alternatives to chocolate??
The past 2 days have gone really well for me and i havent had a single bit of chcolate! It would also be good to get chatting to some people!

I get the snacking, I'm guilty of it too.
Try to keep healthy snacks on my desk like fruit, cheese, eggs. Although I do allow a treat if it fits.
