Looking for low-impact after back injury

Hi guys,
Last week I fell on the stairs (literally "banana-peel" slipped and fell onto the edge of the step with my lower back/right butt muscle) and it's still too painful to jump or run. When anything touches it or my lower back fat moves (Lol) it feels like someone grabs ahold of it and squeezes super hard, kind of like a Charlie horse. I'm looking for exercises I could do that require minimal jumping and movement of the lower back.
Any suggestions would be awesome because this is frustrating!

Swimming. Takes the stress off all your joints. I also have lower back issues chronic and I find that swimming is a great workout0

That sounds like a good question for a health professional. Are you seeing a physio or other professional who can identify what the injury is and guide you as to what the safest movements would be?
