My goal

I'm Eric, I am around 190 pounds at 5'10 I am told I wear it well but I am bigger than I want to be and out of shape. My goal is 165 I was 200 and dropped 10.pounds by biking and quit drinking soda, been devoting my vacation this week to putting 20 miles a day on my bike. I already feel the affects and feelbetter about myself!
