Low fat high protein

Low fat items: shrimp, egg whites, pork tenderloin, sirloin tip, lobster.
Also: cauliflower, butternut squash, broccoli, quinoa, green beans, . . .0 -
That fat sounds very low, I'd be concerned about hormonal problems at that level. But I'm not a doctor or dietician or anything, Just some guy that's read that fat is important for hormones.
Arla greek yoghurt and fage total 0% greek yogurt are very high in protein and low in fat. Cottage cheese is also good.
Seitan - I can't recommend this enough. I found it when I turned vegetarian, but my meat eater family/friends love it too. The macros are amazing; it's close to 80% protein.
