I bought one of these today, while it feels like it is doing something and burning some calories my boyfriend is critical, has anyone had any success with one of these?

    I don't have one, but if you can set resistance it looks to me like it would be a great additon to your other workouts without taking up a lot of room.

    Does it get your HR up? Are you sweating? Do YOU think its working you out? If so, then yes! :)
