Workout Routine Ideas

Hi guys.

I have recently gotten over a long-term clinical depression which had caused me to gain a temendous amount of weight.

Also, I recently went to the doctor about pain in my feet and I have a very tight achelies tendon and my bone is swollen and my ligaments are strained very badly. I was told to wear a brace for 6 weeks.

Any ideas for a good 30 minute to an hour workout that doesn't require me to be on my feet a whole lot?

You could do light weight lifting while sitting - good for upper body.

+1. I couldn't find my "beginners pilates for dummies" dvd so I started poking around on fitness blender today, and there's lots of stuff on there that you can do on the floor.
