1 tbsp, Oil, coconut
1 tsp(s), Spices, cinnamon, ground
0.50 tsp, Leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium
2 tbsp(s), Almond or Coconut Milk
0.25 tsp., Stevia In the Raw
0.50 tsp(s), Vanilla extract
0.25 tsp(s), Spices, nutmeg, ground
1 large egg (50g), Egg
0.25 tsp(s), Salt, table
1.50 Tbsp, Sugar-free Home made Maple Syrup (Rule.me)
Mix all ingredients to small bowl, pour into a large mug.
Microwave on high for 2 1/2 - 3 minutes.
Vanilla Cream Cheese Frosting
Serving 2Tbsp
1.50 cup, Cheese, cream
1 tsp., Stevia In the Raw
1 tsp(s), Vanilla extract
3 tbsp, Cream, fluid, heavy whipping
Whip cream cheese and vanilla in mixer or with hand mixer.
Add remaining ingredients and whip until light.
Add stevia or vanilla to your liking.
