Yo, I got up to 189 in October 2015. Absolutely hated my bod, down to 171min 174 max now. I will post pics eventually would love if anyone with similar height/weight would add me. My goal is to lose 2-4 lbs a week, I'd be happy with 2. Love the motivation! I took bout a month off and starting back up now slow and steady right haha. No but I will be keeping it up diet and exercise trying to do this all natural :P cause I want it to last. Just started drinking matcha, upping the veggies and replacing creamer in my coffee with coconut oil.. Pretty good. Would love any tips and motivation! I will eat anything weird or gross if it's good for me, people at work look at me like I'm nuts, but you gotta train your body to crave the right things. You guys are awesome! Would be happy to see anyone's results/ goals. Add me!
