Morning Sit Ups

After I have my Shake in the morning call me in about 30 minutes I have a sit-up bench in my other room. Some days I can do a hundred some days I can only do 60. If I am home all day after lunch I try and do another hundred. I also have 5-pound weights that I do for the fatty part of your arm and while I don't think they're ever going to get tight as a twenty-three-year-old they're not looking as saggy as they were before. That's working for me
