ideas to develop speed for netball

Hello,

I've recently started playing netball for the first time in about 20 years and though I'm feeling good with my technique I'm really struggling to keep up with the other ladies during matches. We focus more on skill development and gameplay in training sessions rather than fitness so I feel I want to try and develop getting quicker on my own. Any ideas on some simple drills I could try? I get in quite a bit of (slow) distance running and yoga but that is all at the moment.
