What would I have done differently? Not have a half of piece of cake

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? didn't have that bowl of cereal for a bedtime snack that I was craving

    What would I have done differently? paid more attention to what I was eating

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Got a 3 mile walk in before our flight

    What would I have done differently? realistically couldn't do much differently

    What is today's personal goals? A sadly goalless day :frown:

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Started Level 2 of the 30 day shred

    What would I have done differently? Cut the cheese cake dessert in 1/2 and had a couple less appetizers (Baby Shower)

    What is today's personal goals? A perfect 10 - This is a day I can do it! :flowerforyou:

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? 9/10 Yay! I was going for 10 of 10 then I realized - Not Possible - :frown: I had started the day with less than 7 hours of sleep!

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Cleaned the pantry, post mouse, Yuck!

    What would I have done differently? Got that sleep

    What is today's personal goals? A perfect 10 - This is a day I can do it!

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Arranged bunches of travel plans and got to some projects around the house

    What would I have done differently? a little less snacking

    What is today's personal goals? Visit a friend in the hospital and get caufght up around here
