Hi all!
I was looking into Syntha Phase as a meal replacement but not to sure if its a meal replacement or right for me.
I wanted something to take either in the mornings or lunch once a day to help cut down on calorie intake but still get some vitamins and nutrients. Working out 3-4 times a week for 1 hour. Goal is to lose 1.5/2 lbs a week.
Current weight: 178
Goal weight: 140
Weight loss so far: 6
Any information would be helpful thank you.

Does the product say "meal replacement" and have high % of RDI of minerals & vitamins ?1

It's right for you if it:
- helps you hit your calories and macros
- tastes good (or at least not terrible)
- is fulfilling
My two cents - Products marketed as "meal replacements" are usually too expensive when compared to simple whey protein and adding your own carbs and fats (oats, peanut butter/powder, milk, banana, etc.).2 -

Taste ok and took it in the morning. Mixed it with almond milk.
Your 2 cents has a good point!0 -
