Pasta or something like it? I like edemame noodles. They are about the same calories as regular pasta (200 cal), but high in protein 24g and 11g fiber. I also like making zucchini noodles which are super low in calories.

I just learn to eat "regular" portions of pasta. This is a lifestyle change for me.

Sure I can eat some gross smelling, slimy "pasta" substitute, but when I get to goal I want REAL pasta. But when I get to goal, I still can't eat as much as I want.

There is none. However, sometimes, I am satisfied with spaghetti squash w/ tomato sauce and parm cheese. But pasta, it is not.

Modern Table makes pasta from lentils and black beans. They are pricey, but like the edamame, have protein. I'm sure there are other brands.

I tend to go for Biona spelt whole grain pasta. Not a huge difference in calories but it's organic and better for you!
As for a low calorie pasta dish, try quark, pesto, broccoli and cherry tomatoes! Mmmm...
