Time to Change now and get healthy

Hey y'all I'm on a mission to get healthy and lose 64 pounds so far I'm down 6 pounds and I know I can get the rest off by changing what I eat and how much I eat and drinking more water. My goal is to not cheat and always make sure I get some kind of exercise at home, thank god I have great support at home as my husband is wanting to lose 100 pounds.
