First time communicating on MFP

Hi all! 30 year old heavy one here with a long way to go and trying to find any motivational help possible during this journey ahead. Not my first time on MFP but I'm on it again because I purchased an fitness tacker and this is a partner app to it. Wouldn't mind making friends on the way.
