Leftovers from dinner, Salad, roasted vegetable sandwich. Black beans and sweet potato is a great combo. Grain salad with roasted vegetables.1

Not sure yet - I go for the interview next Thursday and am hoping this is "the" one. Most of the offices I've worked at have a kitchen with a fridge and microwave.0

I loved these. For protein I added baked tofu (but I don't mind the taste), and I subbed cream cheese for hummus since I had it handy.0
