Anyone on mirena and losing weight ?

    I've had the mirena for over 2 years. I do lose, but very slowly. I have to be very vigilant. When I really focus, and monitor EVERYTHING minutely, I make faster progress.

    It has crossed my mind the mirena may be slowing my progress but there are just too many variables to say definitively. I've seen others say they lost 10 lbs after having it removed. I actually spoke with my gyn at my last appointment to plan its removal.

    Alas, the hubs talked me out of it...again! 10lbs isn't enough incentive, yet.
