The "Y" stands for "your", so it's up to you to decide if this is right for you. You can eat anything you want. I personally think it's very little fat and heavy on the protein, but again, if it works for you, great!1

Im so new to this that I have no clue
Thank you for your response. I will take that into consideration if I am not making any progress!!

Is your goal to lose weight? You will make progress if you stick consistently to your calories. Setting the right macros (for you) can make that easier. If you want to bulid muscle, you'll need a calorie surplus, enough protein (but 165 grams is excessive even for that) and get some resistance training. For details on exercise, you need to ask someone else1 -
Yes, you're doing it right... if you're asking about meeting each of your goals. Use an online calculator to determine how much of each macro to consume daily (iifym.com). Your protein is not excessive. At 1527 calories, I aim for about 153 g of protein daily.1

Ask yourself, "How do I feel?" If you feel ok, you're doing it right.2

your protein seems a bit high and fat a bit low... but i don't know your stats or your goals so just an observation.0

you are not using a food scale so it doesn't matter what you log the numbers are inaccurate.
when you do get accurate try these numbers.
0.8 gram of protein for each lb of body weight
0.35 grams of fat for each lb of body weight
rest carbs.
And why are you doing IIFYM?0
