Hi my name is Ben I have been on and off fitness most of my life and through trial and error found that the 80-10-10 rule really counts.
80% what you eat, 10% exercise 10% metabolism. This is the way to go for weight loss for me.
The calorie tracker here makes it easy to count your daily calories and anything that makes weight loss easier I'm in. I have some good tips for people starting out and I hope to get some more info from the people here.
