Hi from Southern United Kingdom

I plateau'd for a while having shifted about 50 pounds since the beginning of the year on exercise only. I found mention of this app/site on a cycling forum. Now down to just over 220 pounds with my target around 20 pounds still to go. I go to the gym most days, I stay for at least a 1200 cal burn, cardio/swim/cyle. I may start strength training soon, its sort of what I was built for; 6ft tall broad shoulders. 51 years old, used to drink an awful lot. Tea total this year. Adding the calorie counting to my agenda has helped me drop the last few pounds very quickly, so I am a convert
