Started my Journey This Year!

Hello everyone!

I decided after going to the doctor in January that I needed to get my butt into gear. I had never weighed as much as I did...and I've managed to lose 35 pounds!

However....this whole month of May I have been slipping on my diet...and fluctuating on the pounds...I have another 10-15 pounds to get where I want to be and I have a feeling I need to get more strict with myself to accomplish that.

The first 30 pounds were pretty easy, now it's getting hard! All I want is fatty, bad food...I need accountability partners!

Any advice? Feel free to add me as a friend too! I'd love to help you along on your own journey! :smiley:

    I also got my butt in gear from a doctor visit in January. Remember, the only bad food is the portion that puts you over your calorie goal. If you need fatty food, get some into your plan, measure it accurately, log it honestly, and be happy. And share.
