I have lost and gained at least 1,000 lbs so far. Today I worked out outside because I had a really crappy day. For the previous 4 days I totally slacked off. I used my grandson as an excuse to eat like a pig and sleep when I should have been at the gym. I did not feel at all like working out but walking intermittent with running outside felt good and I almost didn't go.
About two weeks ago I asked my youngest son to work out with me because I am getting to the point where I feel my reserve leaving and I am about to let myself down.

I decided February 1,2015 to change my entire life. I would be healthy, eat right and exercise. And I planned to start a new career when my youngest was half way through college. This would be my time.
Well true to form I want to give up but I refuse. I have good and bad days and weeks at a time but I want the life I deserve and choose for myself.
I had a crappy day at work and didn't know I had a problem. Long story short a person I thought was my friend betrayed me. I admit I did say what she claimed and I take full responsibility for it. I did not mean to hurt anyone or have malicious intent but of course she put a spin to it and someone who is my friend was hurt by what I said. He is really pissed ate and rightfully so. I took my anger and hurt to the exercise room and said that fat mean cow will not win. So I am fighting my battles by improving me because I hate confrontation and my friends beef with me is she can see the changes I have and continue to make. I will to run for the life I want and choose. Be strong and fight for yourself .
