Need motivation for fitness...only 9pounds to go.

My clothes and rings fit. My waist size has gone down, not healthy range but I don't look pregnant anymore. I'm happy with how I look but there's 4kg or 9 pounds till I'm at the upper end of healthy Bmi. Not far to go now.
It's cold and looking like rain so I don't want to take a baby outside for our usual walk. I think I will invest in a skipping rope to do more home exercises. Any YouTube (easy clips) anyone recommends.

    Walk away the pounds by Leslie Sansone are good ones to follow on YouTube, she's pretty peppy the whole time Lol. Easy to follow and the "miles walked" flies. I also play just dance on the Wii with my girls which is killer cardio. I do squats and cross crunches before I go to bed also.
